Traffic cones, road barriers, and construction signs. They appear along the miles and miles of highways, no matter how far you travel. I often asked when I was younger about where they all come from. They must all come from somewhere. There are many companies that sell traffic safety equipment and even have online stores for them. Some construction companies have sites that will allow visitors to request a quote for their requirements. They even use an e-commerce setup on their site to get all their equipment out to buyers who need it.
Whether it is the need for an order of jersey barriers to get set up for the next road project, or the need for temporary fencing to keep motorists safe during the next road repair or festival, there is a company out there that can help. Every single cone or barrier is manufactured and sold by somebody, just as any other commercial, industrial, or consumer product on the market. After coming across this online, I think the next time I am stuck in a traffic jam and pass a series of construction barriers on the road, I’m pretty sure I’ll remember thinking about the companies that buy and sell them.
