The Deck Dilemma

I want a nice built in grill like one of those by fire magic. But maybe with a wooden deck that’s elevated, should I be looking at just a regular rolling barbecue instead? Right now, my husband rolls it out right in the middle of the deck and leaves it there; it’s like the center piece of our whole view when he does that. Then I turn around and push it back out of view.
Maybe I should get a really neat fire magic bbq island. Now, maybe this would look a lot better than a plain old rolling bbq, but then again, our deck really isn’t all that deep. I want something that can be protected well or closed up because we get a lot of dust where we live, and the Ponderosa Pines put off a lot of pollen in late May and early June. It gets into every nook and cranny.
If it were up to me, I’d lay a cement slab under the deck and have my husband barbecue from under there on a fireproof floor and covered from the elements. But he doesn’t want to hike up and down stairs just to barbecue. Go figure.
